The tools protect the rubber belt from external wearing while a metal path runs inside the track (rail type) to preserve the rubber core.
Tracksformer® will impress you with its durability, lasting up to 4-5 times longer than a traditional rubber track. As tools wear out, you can easily replace them and keep on using the same rubber belt several times!

Some questions, some answers

Advantages of the Tracksformer over the standard track?

• Durability is three to five times longer than a traditional track.
We also worked on the inner structure of the rubber belt as well as the contact surfaces: the bottom roller runs on a metal track instead of rubber as in the traditional track, and this preserves its wear.
• Ability to adapt on different types of ground is incredibly increased, even those where the traditional track was so far not usable because it was dangerous or unsuitable.
• You'll be able to use the machine twelve months a year and in all situations where hitherto work could not be done with traditional tracks.
• More fields of application means more work for the machine and more profit for you.
• Longer track life means not only greater amortization of the purchase costs but also less downtime and lower disposal costs of used tracks.

Can I receive Tracksformer equipped with the tools I prefer and also buy different metal tools at the same time to use later?

Yes of course: the belt will be shipped to you already equipped with the type of tools you prefer allowing you to purchase other types based on the intended use.

What sizes are available?

Tracksformer is designed for application on any Compact Tracked Loaders (CTLs); it is not excluded that it may also find application on excavators weighing from 6 tons to 10 tons.

Patent coverage gives us the opportunity to think about a wide variety of applications and developments.

Can inserts of different types be mounted on the same track?

Not recommended because the different tools are designed and tested for the specific applications, and it would be damaging to use them incorrectly.

In case of usage/breakage, can individual inserts be purchased?

The purpose of Tracksformer is precisely to ensure a very long life for the rubber belt: replacement of metal tools provides this opportunity.

Warranty?

Legal warranty on this type of product is 12 months.
